Artist Statement:
My piece, titled What is Done, represents the ignorant impact of society. Oftentimes, people only look back on destruction long after it has permanently changed their lives. In regards to climate change, our attempts to help seem futile when we realize the lasting impact our behaviors have already caused. This work intends for the audience to reflect on the harmful habits of our society before the damage becomes irreversible.
